| PROJECT
SUMMARY: |
17 or Bust - Rank 11 - (maintained rank) In 17 or Bust we started the month at 1,104.0 and finished at 1,139.0 The difference of 35.0 was -35.3 lower than the 6 month average of 70.3 The progress rate is lower for all team across the board as the SoB project plough through some low k-n value re-runs. Whilst this means lower "points" rates per member it does not mean the competition is not hot. The re-runs have proved fruitful with one Prime being discovered that had been missed. There could be more. Will you be the one to capture them? |
Bewes - Rank 34 - (improved by 6) In Bewes we started the month at 2,278,397.0 and finished at 2,837,467.0 The difference of 559,070.0 was 86,158.8 higher than the 6 month average of 472,911.2 |
Burp - Rank 17 - (improved by 1) In Burp we started the month at 1,620.0 and finished at 2,651.0. The difference of 1,031.0 was 649.9 higher than the 6 month average of 381.1 |
ChessBrain - Rank 3 - (maintained rank) In ChessBrain we started the month at 8,105.4 and finished at 8,105.4. Whilst the scores are still static, there are definite signs of ChessBrain II becoming a reality. Get over to www.chessbrain.net and check out cjus's changes. |
Climate Prediction - Rank 47 - (improved by 4) In Climate Prediction we started the month at 1,448,064.8 and finished at 1,727,089.9 The difference of 279,025.1 was 148,693.4 higher than the 6 month average of 130,331.8. Wow. What can we say but "Yahoo!" It has been a smashing month here clawing back those hard lost ranks getting back to where we were 12 months ago. Well done to the CP Team! |
D2OL - Rank 16 - (maintained rank) In D2OL we started the month at 804,390.0 and finished at 811,654.0. The difference of 7,264.0 was -23,141.2 lower than the 6 month average of 30,405.2. The D2OL crew has remained dedicated to the cause whilst interest and speculation have waxed and waned over this project during the last few months. Good to see ongoing commitment in the project. |
DHEP - Rank 5 - (maintained rank) In DHEP we started the month at 20,754.1 and finished at 20,754.1. The DHEP scores are still static. DHEP appears to remain in limbo. At the last reading the project supporters were still trying to find it a new home. |
Dimes - Rank 6 - (maintained rank) In Dimes we started the month at 24,566,910.0 and finished at 26,846,714.0. The difference of 2,279,804.0 was -1,913,809.3 lower than the 6 month average of 4,193,613.3 The rate in Dimes was a little lower this month, but this may have something to do with the emergence of a new "web" project, Majestic 12 (see below) |
Dnet OGR - Rank 281 - (improved by 12) In Dnet OGR we started the month at 3,840,706.0 and finished at 4,127,689.0 The difference of 286,983.0 was 68,040.7 higher than the 6 month average of 218,942.3 Fresh activity here has seen the rates improve and some rank improvements as a result. |
Dnet RC5-72 - Rank 653 - (improved by 11) In Dnet RC5-72 we started the month at 243,166.0 and finished at 257,452.0 The difference of 14,286.0 was -2,634.8 lower than the 6 month average of 16,920.8 In spite of a slight reduction in output, several ranks have been gained. |
DPAD - Rank 17 - (improved by 1) In DPAD we started the month at 13,693.0 and finished at 14,163.0 The difference of 470.0 was -905.3 lower than the 6 month average of 1,375.3 The rank change in this project is the result of a correction in the stats from an error showing a rank drop the previous month. |
Einstein@Home - Rank 13 - (slipped by 1) In Einstein@Home we started the month at 2,784,668.0 and finished at 3,189,355.0 The difference of 404,687.0 was 58,569.7 higher than the 6 month average of 346,117.3. Although there was a marked increase in output in Einstein@Home over the last month, a rank was lost nonetheless. Don't worry. We'll run them down eventually. |
EON - Rank 5 - (maintained rank) In EON we started the month at 1,183,119.0 and finished at 1,363,160.0 The difference of 180,041.0 was 109,465.3 higher than the 6 month average of 70,575.7. There was some renewed interest in eOn this month which saw the output rate increase substantialy. |
Evolution@Home - Rank 10 - (maintained rank) In Evolution@Home we started the month at 15,910.0 and finished at 15,910.0 The complexity of this client and the manual posting of results and sporadic stats updates means that it is often likely that the Evolution@Home figures may remain static as they are this month. The project is now running some huge work units that may not always bear a result and which require large amounts of RAM. If you have a rock-steady machine that has up-time measured in months and like a challenge... |
Folding@Home - Rank 416 - (slipped by 4) In Folding@Home we started the month at 609,255.0 and finished at 647,926.0 The difference of 38,671.0 was -1,090.3 lower than the 6 month average of 39,761.3 The folding at home team has pretty much maintained the output rate. This has however meant that some of those teams we passed in the last few months have taken back ranks. |
Find-a-Drug - Rank 54 - (improved by 1) In Find-a-Drug we started the month at 115,809,544.0 and finished at 126,879,216.0 The difference of 11,069,672.0 was 8,374,285.3 higher than the 6 month average of 2,695,386.7 We have had news that FaD will close up shop on 16-Dec-2005. It is good to see we have made a rank improvement here in the last month. Perhaps there will be some renewed interest before the work units cease to flow for good. |
Grid Org - Rank 3348 - (improved by 120) In Grid Org we started the month at 1,118,552.0 and finished at 1,177,449.0 The difference of 58,897.0 was 22,966.0 higher than the 6 month average of 35,931.0 Nice one team. That sub-3000 is not far off. |
Grub - Finished position Rank 12 This has now ENDED. |
LHC@Home - Rank 8 - (improved by 1) In LHC@Home we started the month at 673,150.0 and finished at 833,738.0. The difference of 160,588.0 was 48,625.5 higher than the 6 month average of 111,962.5. Yeah! When the LHC project released the next batch AMD Users were ready. This is a great result for us and the LHC project. Well done the LHC team. |
Majestic-12 - Rank 1 Majestic-12 entered the dashboard for the first time this month at 85,466,368.0. |
MoneyBee - Rank 121 - (improved by 9) In MoneyBee we started the month at 3,669.0 and finished at 4,228.0 The difference of 559.0 was -145.7 lower than the 6 month average of 704.7. |
Predictor - Rank 48 - (improved by 1) In Predictor we started the month at 302,120.2 and finished at 356,954.7 The difference of 54,834.5 was 20,440.2 higher than the 6 month average of 34,394.3 Excelent work in Predictor by the team sees another rank come back to us. |
Primegrid - Rank 16 - (slipped by 5) In Primegrid we started the month at 16,358.0 and finished at 20,506.0 The difference of 4,148.0 was 730.3 higher than the 6 month average of 3,417.7. Although the output rate has increased, some of the mainstream BOINC teams have finally found Primegrid and the pace is really hotting up. Keep at it. |
Riesel Sieve LLR - Rank 7 Riesel Sieve LLR entered the dashboard for the first time this month at 3,737,772.0 |
Riesel Sieve Score - Rank 4 Riesel Sieve Score entered the dashboard for the first time this month at 288,083,227.0. |
Rosetta@Home - Rank 5 - (improved by 6) In Rosetta@Home we started the month at 21,179.0 and finished at 306,135.0 The difference of 284,956.0 was 233,933.5 higher than the 6 month average of 51,022.5. Rosetta@Home has grabbed some serious attention and introduced us to some strong new members. The extra effort here has brought about a remarkable rank improvement. |
Seti (BOINC) - Rank 190 - (improved by 7) In Seti (BOINC) we started the month at 1,055,146.0 and finished at 1,233,876.0 The difference of 178,730.0 was 31,743.3 higher than the 6 month average of 146,986.7. |
Shoft (BOINC) - Rank 2 - (slipped by 1) In Shoft (BOINC) we started the month at 60,838.9 and finished at 72,723.7 The difference of 11,884.8 was -235.8 lower than the 6 month average of 12,120.6 The BOINC test project "Shoft" have announced that they will close doors shortly as testing is coming to a close. |
Sztaki (BOINC) - Rank 7 - (slipped by 3) In Sztaki (BOINC) we started the month at 99,439.0 and finished at 145,721.0 The difference of 46,282.0 was 21,995.2 higher than the 6 month average of 24,286.8 In spite of an almost doubled effort, a couple of ranks were lost this month in Sztaki as more of the mainstream BOINC teams are finding interest in non-seti activities. |
TKC - Rank 34 - (maintained rank) In TKC we started the month at 47,661,705.0 and finished at 49,756,312.0 The difference of 2,094,607.0 was -527,492.5 lower than the 6 month average of 2,622,099.5. |
TSC - Rank 26 - (maintained rank) In TSC we started the month at 410,090.0 and finished at 415,836.0. The difference of 5,746.0 was -1,523.7 lower than the 6 month average of 7,269.7. |
Ubero - Rank 3 - (maintained rank) In Ubero we started the month at 2,699,771.0 and finished at 2,701,437.0 The difference of 1,666.0 was -63,699.7 lower than the 6 month average of 65,365.7 Almost static but not quite. The vanguard maintains their vigil here. |
World Community Grid - Rank 32 - (slipped by 2) In World Community Grid we started the month at 10,740,838.0 and finished at 11,423,855.0 The difference of 683,017.0 was -149,729.3 lower than the 6 month average of 832,746.3 Hot news for the linux supporter: It has been a long time coming, but WCG will now run on Linux using BOINC. |
WhatPulse - Rank 280 - (slipped by 10) In WhatPulse we started the month at 55,720,278.0 and finished at 57,066,531.0 The difference of 1,346,253.0 was -2,097,654.7 lower than the 6 month average of 3,443,907.7. |
